EHR Specialist
Encite is seeking a highly motivated and effective entry level EHR Implementation Training Specialist to be based out of Fort Mill, South Carolina. This individual must have clinical healthcare experience, self-motivation; detail oriented with excellent communication and organizational skills. You should also have a high comfort level working with physician group practices and non-technical customers. Requirements
- 
Previous training and implementation experience 
- 
2 + Years’ experience in an ambulatory healthcare setting 
- 
Strong knowledge of adult learning principles 
- 
Strong interpersonal skills, with a high degree of self-motivation and ability to work independently 
- 
Strong computer skills and understand of the internet 
- 
Strong analytical skills with the ability to focus on detail 
- 
Excellent communication skills - ability to interface and influence at multiple organization levels with people with different backgrounds 
- 
Ability to deal with stressful situations 
- 
Ability to analyze data and exercise sound judgment in making decisions and managing sensitive information 
- 
Ability to travel (must have a valid driver’s license) 
Responsibilities
- 
Identify customer implementation requirements 
- 
Conduct initial customer assessment and facilitate the management of the customer’s expectations during the implementation process 
- 
Coordinate implementation activities 
- 
Solve problems quickly and correctly with minimal or no support from professional staff 
- 
Multi-task and stay organized in a dynamic work environment 
- 
Analyzing performance and applying performance improvements 
- 
Train and support healthcare organizations on EHR 
- 
Support onsite go-lives 
- 
Post go-live performance analysis review and support
